As I mentioned my background is in ticketing, mostly in management level roles. As such, I am experienced in the following:
- Building events in the ticketing system.
- Collaborating with promoters and other key stakeholders on scalings and pricing to maximize revenue.
- Managing ticket inventory.
- Preparing various ticketing and financial reports along with daily bank deposits and ticket seller reconciliations.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and directing staff.
- Resolving ticketing and equipment issues.
- Creating templates and “how-to” guides.

Event Services
In recent years, I have become well-versed in many other aspects of live events. I have worked events ranging from a 200-person capacity to a 20,000-person capacity and everything in between. These include concerts, comedy shows, sporting events, music festivals, and drive-in shows.
Areas of focus include:
- Entry gate management (including ticket scanning, bag checks, magnetometer operation and line queuing).
- Credential access control.
- Servicing and executing VIP package programs.
- Pop-up box office management including (mobile) ticket resolution and equipment set up.
- Training and directing event day staff/ushers on all of the above.
